Vote YES to protect your pension

By now you should have received a ballot paper. I am asking you to vote YES for industrial action to protect your pension. For the sake of your dignity and security in old age, remember to vote and to vote YES. We've been negotiating with UK ministers in good faith but they're not listening. Their proposals mean that many hard-working UNISON members like you face the prospect of working longer for a smaller pension. Changes that have already been introduced mean that when you do eventually retire you'll get less. It's time to say enough is enough. UNISON is fighting hard to protect you and your family in your old age but we need your help. Vote YES and send a strong message to protect your pension.
