UNISON warns against South West regional pay plans
Rogue employers threaten to undermine important national negotiations, destabilising the NHS.

The 19 trusts signed up to the South West Pay Cartel are seriously undermining the national negotiations currently underway, covering pay and conditions for the UK's 1.5 million health workers.
